What’s included in an office?
Every private office is furnished, closed-door and lockable. The office fee covers 1GB internet, meeting rooms, phone rooms and the building’s shared amenities. At 156 2nd St those include a podcast studio, a games room, a kitchen with coffee and tea, and clubhouse access for events.
How quickly can we move in?
Often the same day. The application is short, and offices come furnished and internet-ready.
Do you offer month-to-month terms?
Yes. We use flexible monthly license agreements with no long-term commitment.
Are offices furnished and plug-and-play?
Yes. Offices come with furniture and internet, so a team can start working on day one.
What are the access hours?
Members have 24/7 access. The buildings use keyless entry.
Are there meeting rooms and phone rooms?
Yes. 156 2nd St has eighteen conference and meeting rooms and a high density of phone rooms, all included.
What team sizes do you work with?
Private offices at 156 2nd St range from 1 desk to 14 desks. Across our buildings on 2nd St we also have full-floor offices of about 6,000 sq ft, so teams can grow without moving neighborhoods.
What happens when we outgrow our office?
You move up, not out. We own three neighboring buildings on the same block (140, 144 and 156 2nd St), so teams can expand within the portfolio.
How much does an office cost?
Private offices at 156 2nd St start at about $700 a month for a 1-desk office and go up to about $5,000 a month for our largest 14-desk offices, with nearly every size in between.
